Come along to the final twilight opening of our Merlot on display in Melville in the last week of the home open and take the opportunity to sample some delicious food and wine.

Chef Ben Jacob will be serving up some tasty food for an exclusive preview of his new venture EATS catering launching officially in 2017. EATS is a catering and consult business designed to bring Ben’s passion for the unique to Perth and help guide other chefs on their own culinary journey. From celebrity chefs, Michelin stars and running a kitchen at 20 years  old Ben Jacob has seen every inch of the hospitality industry. For 14 years Ben has honed his skills in all areas of cooking from crafted experimental desserts to award winning modern British and European cuisine working for the world-renowned chef Gordon Ramsay at Box Wood Café and Gordon Ramsay at Claridges. Holly from Latitude 34 Wine Co will be at the home to share tastings of their award winning wine range. Latitude 34 is a tribute to the geographical location as well as the early maritime explorers and traders who passed by our corner of the world centuries ago. Bounded by oceans on three sides, our wine appellations experience a distinct Mediterranean climate with unique maritime conditions, and often likened to the Bordeaux region. We are proud of our many awards and accolades that we have achieved around the world. We make awesome wines from our 120 hectares of vineyards located in the Margaret River and Blackwood Valley wine regions. Come along and try them out!
